Director COO Manjur Mahmud Meets the Fresh Bloods of DataSoft

On December 15, the charismatic Director and COO of DataSoft, Mr. Manjur Mahmud arranged a session for the new recruits. He was introduced with each and every one of the new recruits. As the new recruits were talking about why they are in DataSoft most of the common pronounced parts were the urge for challenge, scope to unleash creativity, work in global standards from Bangladesh, opportunity to and the scope to work in large architecture He listened to everyone, gave his valuable feedback in the meantime not only talked about how everybody should introduce themselves but also the importance of setting goals in life.
Besides highlighting the culture, ways of working and work ethics at DataSoft. Mr. Manjur Mahmud has also been gracious enough to teach how to set goals in life where this often-intricate aspect of life became easier for the participants. He insisted that we should set our goals at Personal level, at Work and at Social Level. And since we are working in knowledge industry it the Work goals should categorized in two tier- academic and career. And by Social goals, Mr. Manjur Mahmud meant being friends with people who work in our field of interest. He drew example of maintaining community on Data Science on linkedin. And he also mentioned thatit is not only about setting goals but making tasks for each day and complete them to reach that goal.
Furthermore, the honorable Director & COO asserted the importance of being fit and reiterated that fitness is the key to performance and that everyone should look into it with more. 29 new recruits participated the session and by the time the session was over, everyone looked more enlightened and the confidence and determination was obvious on everyone’s face.
This session has also been graced with the presence of Ms. Dil Afroz Begum, Director of HR and Training. She insisted on the culture of openness that DataSoft has been maintaining over time and the importance of being creative. Not only that, she insisted that the culture of DataSoft patronizes the creative endeavor of its employees. And she also announced that DataSoft is taking another floor in Ruapayan Shelford and that the training room is going to expanded.Thus, the session ended on higher note with lot of enthusiasm and big smile all over the faces of participants.
